OUR TEAM

At Hybrid Strength we are growing as you, our clients, do. In other words, our trainers are seasoning alongside you, while you go through the training course. Regardless of how many years of experience a trainer might have, there’s always room for growth. Namely, getting each specific client to his or her top shape adds some “achievement points” to a trainer’s own skills.

Our trainers and athletes are people who take both fitness and nutrition seriously. We want you to make tangible progress at Hybrid Strength! We always push our own trainers to max out their knowledge, skills and strength.

We achieve that by constantly upgrading our criteria of physical assessment, program designs, and nutrition. We see fitness as an evolving journey of the body and mind!

JAY LUIS

COACH / TRAINER

I have a background in weight training and conditioning, as well as I have been a certified Respiratory Therapist since 2012. I know first hand the importance of cardiovascular strength and conditioning. It is my goal to help patients and clients improve their physical and cardiovascular strength and conditioning through functional exercise movements.

JUSTIN STEWART

TRAINER

I have been a Men’s Physique competitor with experience in nutrition, competition preparation, bodybuilding and powerlifting. I have been involved in the fitness industry since 2013. I’m here to help others live a healthier lifestyle and reach their personal potential.

HEWE MCNELLY

TRAINER

I am an 8 year veteran of the US Army. I have worked for the Dept of Corrections for the last 17 years a Corrections Officer and physical skills instructor. I am a 4th Dan black belt and have trained and instructed Martial Arts for over 25 years. I worked as a personal trainer at Breakaway Rec-plex, and I have been a competitive powerlifter for the past 12 years and have been training and assisting in training of powerlifters for the past 8 years.

MAGGIE MASON

TRAINER

My name is Maggie May Mason. I have a long history in fitness spanning decades of gymnastics, competition dance, Pilates, and more recently, competitive body building. Along with personal training, I work in rehabilitation as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, where I teach and instruct fall prevention, strength training, and body mechanics. My area of expertise is nutritional counseling, high intensity interval training, and strength training for seniors. Please contact me to discuss your fitness and nutritional goals.

I have been active in sports and fitness since second grade. I am a natural bodybuilder and competitor that believes in hard work to achieve goals, no pain no gain! I personally train to accomplish the physique of a body builder with the strength of a power lifter. If your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger, nutrition or contest preparation I can customize a program specifically designed for your needs.
